To activate this quest you need to begin the Booty Hunter quest from No-Beard in Mona.

Follow the message clue to find No-Beard's treasure
- Clue: In the country of bullfighting and La Tomatina, look for me near a large tower for the Greek gods
Dig for buried treasure where X marks the spot!

Note: you must dig 5 times; you will collect Sand as you dig.
